The project manager will send you a project plan with milestones, team composition, and estimated costs for you to approve.
Once the estimate is approved, the project manager will connect with, hire, and communicate with the freelancers needed from our Ziptask freelancer network, instructing them on the work.
Ziptask Project Managers will manage and oversee the entire team, reporting back frequently on progress. This oversight includes both the upfront strategy sessions, ongoing daily or weekly touchpoints, and the scheduled milestone reviews.
